You are welcome. I am glad You are feeling better at the moment.
Does this usually happen, the mood changes from high to low. If the case is sudden mood changes and ups and downs have You discussed bipolar with Your doctor.
Thanks for responding. Since Ive moved to Florida where the whether is warmer and sunny I do not get as depressed as I used to and Ive been healthier. I recently lost 30 lbs over 6 months of alot of hard work. I eat healthy and exercise 5 times a week. Its to the point where I think I should try the meds for atleast a month and see if my mood will become steady so I will not experience such up's and down's.
The medication might help you and help take away the depression and anxiety. It is worth trying it and seeing in a few months if there is much of a differance. You want to get better and it is great you are considering trying it. You can take it and continue to see your doctor, you will be safe
Best of luck
If you are scared of taking the meds then I would suggest counseling with a good psychologist.
You can also try different natural solution like supplementing with Omega-3 fish oil, vitamin B complex and vitamin D if you lack sun exposure, they all contribute to mental and physical well being. You can also try St John's Wort who is a natural remedy for depression and see if it works with you. Something as easy as doing regular physical exercise can help too for various reasons and more obviously because of your hormones.
You have different options before trying the meds.
