Daily symptoms?

Hello,

I increasingly think that I have depression brought on by medical concerns. My symptoms include heavy limbs (especially legs), lack of concentration, mild/occasional nausea, and lightedness. I've noticed the symptoms seem more intense in the mid-morning and somewhat subside by mid-afternoon. Has anyone experienced a heightened awareness of
depressive symptoms during certain times of the
day? I'm seeing my doctor on Tuesday and plan to discuss these symptoms. Thank you in advance!

Sounds more like side effects for nausea and light headedness.

Thank you! I'm not currently taking any medications. I tend to wake up worrying about my health and this carries with me throughout the morning. I tend to get somewhat distracted with my responsibilities by the afternoon, which I wonder if is why mornings are more difficult for me. Is it typical to have hard times of the day when depressed and/or anxious? Thanks, again.

Yes, it can happen. I know that I feel worse as the day goes by but others have the opposite problem.
