But, which were on the topic and I happen to know about this question I will answer.
If it has been a long time since you hit the Gym and dove right in hard on the weights and just did a crushing 2 hour workout, Ohh yea. You will feel it all over and then some.
Start slow and in one month you will be able to push it to the max with just a little soreness the next day or two. Sounds like you shocked your muscles.
They will recover. Get some good protean powder from GNC and take in 1 gram protean for every pounnd of body weight you have per day. This will help with the muscle recovery.
If your not a novice and never get sore from your workouts then maybe a nasty flu bug.
