Do I have depression and depersonalization?

I feel:
-Numb
-No Emotions
-Depressed
-Worried
-Like I can't enjoy anything I enjoyed anymore
-Like I'm here but a part of me is not
-Like I don't exist and that only my body exists
-Like I am not in my body but can somehow interact with the world
-Like everything is fake
-Like I have a barrier in my head that doesn't allow any emotions, concentration and my thoughts
-Like a hollow human being
-It's hard or even impossible to me to interact with my thoughts, the world,my emotions...
...
Also I find it hard to think, concentrate, feel, see, touch, study… and so on.

Well, depression manifests itself in many different ways, and a sense of hopelessness is one of the symptoms of it.
Sounds like you are feeling hopeless and quite "numb" right now.

I'm not a Doctor, just a poster, and if I felt as you do right now, I would contact a professional that can help (eg: a Counselor, a Physician [general practitioner], a Specialist, etc). Also, let them know of your weed smoking.

You did not specify how long you've been smoking weed, but let your specialist know that also.

I don't know if the marijuana has contributed to your possible depression or not, but I'm sure it did not help it at all.

Recreational drugs are different from medicines prescribed by a Doctor. Also, your Doctor/Counselot/Specialist may know of a specific place (eg: a drug rehabilitation service) that helps people overcome the results of marijuana use.

Thus, you may be needing help in two areas: 1) help with your possible depression, and, 2) help to overcome the need to continue smoking marijuana.
