Ok. Depression and anxiety DO cause stress which causes muscle tension which can affect your sleep by keeping you up obsessing over the aches in your body. You might want to look at medication to relieve your anxiety and depression.why aren't you on any medications at this time, anyways?

You may have IBS also known as irritable bowel syndrome.  IBS can be exacerbated by stress and depression and can cause abdominal pain, cramping, constipation or diarrhea.  I would definitely talk to you dr. about your symptoms, he/she may be able to help you.

Hi, I see goodguy says he does not take any medication.  So his problems are not related to that.

Goodguy I hope you have seen the doctor about your problems.

Each med comes with a sheet which states what the med is for and its side effects, among other things.

Yes, constipation and stomach aches are a side effect.

Try reading up as much as you can, i.e. www.webmd.com and ask your doctor who prescribed the med.

Stomach pain could well be linked with depression.  We often feel physical pain, and it is a known fact that our stomachs are very sensitive to what goes on in our brains.  I have had many tests because of pain but found it was all to do with my depression.

You may well find that your pain is because you are suffering from a low mood and feel sad.  How are you dealing with your depression?

Hi,
You said it all:
I would start with improvement of your diet, dealing with constipation and your sleep. As above you need plenty of fluid to deal with constipation. Cheap and easy help is a fennel tea.
Lack of sleep is causing irritability, memory loss, lack of energy etc - you can google it. I believe improving your sleep patterns will be helpful.
I developed health problems as I prioritiased everything else over my sleep and slept just 4-5 hours a day. I became soo ill that I had to change it and my sleep is now on the top of the list and I feelmuch better.

It might be caused from depression. How is your diet and are you getting enough fluids? That can make a big difference.
