Help please
Hi. I am probably going to get in trouble for this but I am desperate for help from someone whose been through it! I am an adult cutter, it happened very suddenly and keeps escalating, I want to hear from anyone who struggled with cutting as an adult but moved passed it or got over it. I have a ton of family and medical support but nobodies been in my shoes and I feel like I need someone whose been to the dark side and made it back.
