How To Gain Self Confidence?

As we go through life, we face different situations and problems that make us doubt about ourselves and sometimes we really go down, when things just go wrong in spite of our efforts. In those moments we need to reinforce and get self confidence to keep moving forward and project the self image of a winner.

Do stuff!
I mean it, really.
Even if it is small stuff.
Do arts & crafts, do cleaning, do cooking, do singing, so something no matter how trivial. Set a simple & obtainable goal for yourself, and then achieve it.
(& make it reasonable, no impossible to do goals, choose something realistic)
Once you have achieved it, take a moment and pat yourself on your back.
If anyone else did what you do, for you, you'd probably thank them, so thank yourself!
Take the time to reflect on what you have done, the efforts you made, and the results.

Don't start judging any of that. Just spend a minute or two appreciating it.
Then, last but by no means least, reward yourself! Even if its just a pat on the back, or a bubble bath, or a cup of tea, do it. The more you are rewarded for your achievements (even if it is just you doing it for you!), the more you will achieve. The more you achieve, the more things you have to look forward too.
