Kimnjay1, Could you write a short note to let everyone know you are alright? Remember you have a lot of friends here that are waiting to help if we can.  Kande

Life has happened to you. No wonder you have high blood pressure. You have a lot on your mind...your children, your work etc.. I do believe you may be alittle depressed too. But I think stress is the biggest part of the problem. Try to relax and take one thing at a time. Do what is most important first, that will probably change from day to day. And even if you don't feel like it go to work... you will actually feel better about yourself. And that will be one less thing to worry about... keeping your job. Also you will feel yourself getting stronger. Little by little you will get a grip on things. Your children will see how strong and in control you are and they will feel better too. Everything will work out! Remember you have people that care about you here. Talk to us we will help all we can. Another thing I want you to know, you have just took your first step to help yourself and your children. You asked for advise. That takes a lot of courage. Be proud of yourself I sure am proud of you! Keep all of us posted... we care. Thank You for allowing me to help. Kande
