Sick and tired of being sick and tired

I feel like I've been dealing with a bout with depression.

I got into a real dark place couple months ago. Thinking about hurting myself, even though I did NOT want to do it at all and still don't. I started thinking it because I'm very lonely, I have no friends or a boyfriend. I felt like I had no purpose anymore.

I did end up going to see a therapist and talking about everything. I started taking a natural medicine that was supposed to help with depression and it seemed to work.

Well suprise suprise it came back. One day I'm afraid to die and the next day I'm thinking about how I can end it, even though again it is something I do not want to do.

I am so sick and tired of feeling this way. I'm sick and tired of wondering if this time I'm gonna make it through this thought I'm having. I just want these thoughts to be gone. I'm tired of fighting this denom that seems it may never go away.

Any advice for me?

Do not go gentle into that good night,Rage ..rage against the dying of light..
I kind off felt the same way..as if there is no meaning to my life..Well..One thing helped me..dont give your mind time to think about these thoughts..do wot u love..get busy girl....seriously more i used to sit idle more i had these dangerous thoughts....try smthn new...any hobby something u wanted to learn or try...you only get one life dear and u can make it turn as u want it to be... The greatest deception one can suffer is from one's own thoughts and opinions..it is ur mind...take control ..u r strong... So if u want ur thoughts to change..firstly believe that they would change and start exploring things..and find ur purpose of life...its too damn precious ..

Hello there,
You mind is searching for a solution to your problems.
You want to end it because your sick and tired of ground hog day, you don't mean it your just over the pain. You want your silver lining right?
Well its their, you just can't see it. You must give in to the thoughts. Literally!
Start Reading Eckhart Tolle "The Power of Now". This book will do wonders for you if you practice its teachings. The audiobook is my preference.
This will pass my friend, its a learned habit that will change once you have the tools to help yourself. I wish you all the best on your journey, I have been on mine for a few years now. I look back at those hard times and I am so fortunate for them as they have made me who I am today and I am so thankful. If you have any questions or need advice or a friend to chat to just let me know. Regards, Nic
