Yeaah. I try not to spend too much time sulkin when I'm home alone..so I keep occupied. But its means a lot for yerr reply(s)
It will get better soon, you are doing all the right things, but it does take time..just take small steps x

But yes i totally agree with waiting a week and what it could be i've just been trying to surround myself with the things i like and used to enjoy. plus focusing on Myself&staying positive sometimes something just get to me when i see certain things on t.v. or when touchy subjects come up with me and my other..he understands i just hope things will get better soon i want to enjoy my summer..
Hello, sorry to hear about your Miscarriage..
Well you are bound to feel the way you do after such a trauma, so please don't criticise yourself over this one.
I think you should give it another week and see how you feel, the helpless feeling could be because you have suffered a miscarriage, it is understandable..
It could also be that you came off the meds very suddenly and you might need them again, or it could be a combination of everything..
You should have some quiet time recovering, and then if you still feel as low or worse in a weeks time then a trip to the doctor might be a good idea.
