Hi.  I've had it and it didn't work, but this doesn't mean it wouldn't for you.  My husband went to hypnotherapy to quit smoking just to shut his then...wife up.  He left thinking what a waste of time it was, lit up a cigarette felt sick to his stomach and never smoked again!
It can work.
