non treatable depression

I have tried every anti-depressant in the book since I was 28.  I am now 55.  Is there any hope?  I'm tired of pushing and making efforts to do little tasks.  It's torture.  My mom had chronic depression.  I was a skinny baby at the age of six months old if that tells you anything.  My sister committed suicide in July of 2012,  She was totally catatonic.  I have another sister who attempted suicide three times.  What do I do/  I go to bed and pray over and over God, please take me tonight.  I can hardly function anymore. Corey

Dear Corey, every life has value. You have a right to be here & just like relief from any disorder, expect to feel better.
I will help you. I'm in bed. If you've made it to the couch, you're already doing a little better.
Be thankful for small victories. Did you wash your face & brush your teeth?
If so. Thank yourself. Take nothing for granted.
Have you prepared a healthy lunch? Great. You need fresh food & vitamins & minerals to get better. There are a lot of people whom have found some relief by stopping gluten. No bread or wheat products. Try this.
Have you seen a program on TV that taught you something you didn't know
Learning new things can be very good for self esteem.
Corey, you have a purpose. It may not be clear now, but will be revealed!
