    There are so many, these are just a few, I mean so many herbs, so many supplements, every herb helps nervousness and depression, literally milions. 5 htp, st. johns.  so expensive, and homeopathy has been disproven in the UK and these drops keep selling.  I think we are being ripped off, it tried many, i have spent hundreds, even algaes and my symptoms didnt change, so off i gp to take my passiflora and drink my herbal tea.

Have you tried liquid hi'gh strenth fish oil. I don't know why and I am a severe skeptic after 15 years of medication but it had an unexpected effect. It didn't affect my mood but after a month my agrression and anger levels decreased about 40 percent. I mean at this point I'll take what I can get. It needs to have an ePO level of around 2 mg. which is quite high and it is cumulitive and completely harmless. It is manageable cost wise. There's no harm in trying honestly, even this much improvement is great. I hope it works for you if you try it....

i only use womans vitamins and fish oil.  i just keep it simple and safe
