Discolored marks around groin. Is this tinea?

Can anyone tell me what this problem might be? I've got discolored patches in my groin area both above my penis in my pubic area as well as off to the sides.

I have tinea/jock rash before, but it was off to the side of my groin. I used some anti fungal cream at the time and it was gone in a few days. That was a long time ago and I'm not sure this is the same.

Also, these marks have been here for a while. The ones in my pubic area are probably a year old. The ones to the sides are maybe 3 or so months or a bit more.

Should I try something like Clonea on it all?
