I know this is an old forum, but in case anyone else has the same problem with any bug bites whatsoever, a black drawing salve is the best natural remedy you will ever find. It draws out any impurities from your skin, including bug venom and splinters! I had a few strange bites that wouldn't go away, but three of them have finally disappeared, leaving one that itched, scabbed over and resurfaced for 4 months straight. It literally stopped itching and began to heal after the second application of this salve. You can find it already made, or you can follow this DIY recipe to make your own. It's really easy, just make sure to get all the supplies before starting.
BLACK DRAWING SALVE
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp beeswax
15 caps (3 tsp) activated charcoal
3 tsp bentonite clay
15 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops tea tree essential oil
5 drops chamomile essential oil
DIRECTIONS:
Fill a medium sized pot 1/2 way full with water. Place a glass pyrex bowl in the water. Turn the stove to medium heat. Add coconut oil and beeswax and allow to melt slowly. Remove from heat and add clay and activated charcoal. Hint: It took me a bit too long to pull apart 15 capsule of activated charcoal-by the time I got them added I needed to put my mixture back on the stove to melt it again. It would be an extra bowl to clean but it would be better to have your charcoal ready to go before you pull you mixture off the heat. Add essential oils and stir. Pour into a glass container and allow to cool, periodically stirring so the activated charcoal doesn’t sink to the bottom.
TO USE:
Apply a small amount to cuts, bug bites, splinters or blemishes. Cover with a bandage. Leave on as long as you can. Reapply twice daily.
Best of luck!
Hi, I had something like a little baby after bathing in the lake. I got an infection that spread with blood. I had the blisters and the wet wounds. I received the pills an oral and yellow smell of ointment. Everything was cured.
Which country was this happening in?
