About half a week ago I had unprotected sex with a woman and the next couple of days my thoat swelled up I could even swallow I found out I had white stuff behind my throat, I had gone to the doctor during that week and she told me that it could of been either two thing monoculousis or clamydiha . So then she told me to go see her back in three days or so last night I was taking a shower and I pulled my penis head back and on my head at the bottom there was brown crater like patches as if my sking was falling off and making those patches I’m am really worrried what can this be ?

That sounds hard to look at.  So, you went back for testing?  Chlamydia can be diagnosed 5 to 7 days by culture after your event so you should get those results.  However, you'd only have chlamydia of the throat if you gave her oral sex.  You could have a simple bacterial issue like tonsillitis. When I get white on my tonsils or my kids do, that's usually the case.  No idea why they went to mono as that doesn't seem like a right idea with how you presented.  Again, you should be able to be tested NOW for chlamydia and you can get the thing on your penis checked.  Obviously if it is a sore, scab, blister, you need to look into herpes.  They can't yet test for it as it hasn't been long enough but they can do a visual of it.  So, you need to go back to the doctor.  It sounds like the one you've already seen is a bit off in terms of level of knowledge so I'd go to another.

Thank you and I did I went to go get a culture done for any STD’s  they also ran a quick test for HIV’s and came back negative so we known that’s out the way. They gave me shots of penicillin and like 2 more shots for any other possible STD’s and 3 pills when I went to get checked. When I went to get checked they told me it could probably be  Gonorrhea or  syphilis, because they cheeks also what I had on my penis and it looked similar to dose possible STD’s but my concerned now is my penis they never gave me any medication for that or idk if with the shot they gave that was supposed to help because it’s been a weeek although the dry skin has stopped the patches are still there.
