Few red dots on penis head and under the foreskin

Hi,
i had unprotected oral, and condom protected vaginal sex 10 days ago (for about hour or two), and even i had a shower right after that, i have noticed those dots on my penis next morning. Today dots are not that intensive red anymore, seems like fading out, but i couldn't find anything like this on the web so if someone knows what this is, I'd be thankful for help!

Thank you for your response.
Unfortunately, I could not follow your advices until now, for obvious reasons =) But sure will if it happens next time...

But if it can be helpful, i'm sharing some of information about "self-treatment"; right now (~17 days after appearing symptoms), the rash under foreskin is gone, the big one on glans is now barely visible.
It is summer here where I live so I shower about 2 times a day, and after shower I pull foreskin up and leave glans to dry on air.
I have used few times shower gel on irritated areas.
Didn't have any intercourse since than, although I have mastrubated couple of times in last 7 days.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It looks like irritated skin due to rough intercourse. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful .If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
