Since these blister like bumps are painful hence the possibilities of boils or herpetic blisters is important. Since you are a virgin but you had oral intercourse, so chances of herpes are still there as it can be transmitted by oral sex even.
Molluscum contagiosum are multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug and they are painless. From the symptoms its chances are less.

Thank you for your advice! do you think it could possibly be molluscum? I have a history with it, although it is the first time it would appear in the genital area. I had a culture taken to be tested for STD, although I do not know how I would have contracted one. I have not had any flu like symptoms. I think the only reason it stings to urinate is because I shaved over by accident that one time, leaving it to spread.
