Pink spot on my nose after severe sunburn?

So I worked outside all summer. And i got sunburnt on my face a lot. My sunburn is completely healed up, and it doesn’t hurt anywhere or anything but that one pink spot hasn’t healed and it hurts. Does anyone have any idea what it could possibly be? I have pictures but i dont think you can post them on here. I’m a little nervous, I wouldn’t want it to be any skin cancer.

Since the spot is hurting, I would give your doctor a call and just have them take a look at it.  It might just be a spot that isn't healing as quickly as the rest, but it's worth a look.
