I have a non-healing sore on left buttock.

I have a area on my left buttock that has been there for several months.  It started out as a firm hardened area then that went away and now it is about an area of 1.5 cmx 1.5 cm soft in the middle and will drain clear fluid when irritated.  At night while sleeping it seems to go away but then comes back during the day to feel like a blister that is discomforting to sit on then will drain the clear fluid and becomes almost flat again. Any ideas as to what this can be?

That is a pretty common area to get a cyst in- it's possible that is what you are seeing.  For treatment of this type of cyst, you need to keep the area clean and see a doctor for some medication that will help healing.
