Itchy red bumps 1 week after E-light hair removal

I have developed some itchy red bumps 1 weeks after my 2nd E-light hair removal treatment. Nothing happened for the 1st treatment, and it is the same lady doing it. She told me she even lowered the energy a little for the 2nd treatment. Nothing happen after the treatment but only after 1 week after the treatment. The worst part is, I am going to the beach 2 days later, what should i do now?

I read that many says that they r having this side effect few hrs or a day after the treatment, I have nothing after the treatment, but only after a week, I got itchy red bumps. It has been 3 days n it is still itching. Also, I read that many say laser treatment will cause the side effect but not do much bout e-light, but I am getting this. :( Should I still continue my treatment next time, I hav purchased the package, but I am a bit  worry to continue.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!
Itchy bumps, pink skin, redness, and swelling around the treatment area or swelling of the follicles leading to follicular edema  are few of the common side effects of E light hair removal. These side effects usually last for two or three days .You may try icing the area after the treatment as it helps relieve the side effects faster. Since exposure to sun can further worsen the rash it is best to seek the opinion of a dermatologist. I do hope it helps.
Take care and regards!
