Lump on penis

For the past couple of days I've had a lump on the bottom side of my penis and up until today it feels more like a bean shape.  It kind of hard when I squeeze it. And nothing comes out just a few time a little ti y bit of blood but nothing big. It's more noticeable when I am erect then when I'm not. It does not itch nor hurt except when I squeeze it hard today it felt a bit sore but I have been squeezing it to see it pops. I can post a pic if it helps as I do not k o what it is and do  or see any signs that it can b an std as I've only been with 2 women in the past month and both times used protection. And there is no other bumps or blisters or anything on my penis but the lump like on the back side bottom side of the penis again if it helps  can put a pic and hope an expert can help me all the little blood that was there or is there is becuz I tried to pop it with a sterile needle by after seeing that t wasn't doing anything I stopped any I do Wil b much appreciated and I will also add a pic and hope it helps to determine what it could be or is and possibly treatments again the bit of redness os from me poking at it in an attempt to pop it as u an see the lump isn't noticeable or stick out ward of the skin it's more under the skin well the blood spot is and it feels like a bean sorry for eh poor description but that the best I can do if there's a need for more pics or Info feel free to ask

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to folliculitis, cyst or genital wart(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

If you open this you may end up with more scarring than if a doctor excises it.  I'd see a urologist if I were you.  It is likely a benign cyst, but once in a while people get cancer there, so get it checked.
