Hi

When molelike bumps appear in clusters in the genital area, then warts and molluscum may be likely differentials especially when one is sexually active. I suggest that you have the skin condition assessed by your dermatologist. Wart and molluscum are viral in origin and thus are contagious. It is best to have these conditions excluded to help allay your worries and concerns.

Hi

I can not access the images. When you say molelike, then they must be of dark brown or black in color, is this correct? They also appear in clusters. At this point, differentials may be warts, skin tags and molluscum. Warts may appear to be flat and skin tags may appear to look like warts. If there are no associated swelling, redness, pain, itchiness in the area then this may not need urgent intervention.

As this is related to your case, may I ask if you are sexually active?

Hi your pics dont seem to be working, but are they sore to the touch? if so they could be blind boils, when you say mole like are they the same colour as moles or just the same size?  are they attached to the skin can you move them easily? if so they could be lipomas which are just like fatty deposits.
i do recommend that you go see your doctor though as many many things can be linked to these lumps. do you have any other symptoms, fever, fatigue etc?
