Mottled skin on arms only

Hello I have had mottled skin on my arms for a few weeks that I have noticed I had blood work done which I have slightly elevated hemoglobin but red blood cells are perfect I do suffer from aniexty and would like to know it this could be related to it I do get bronchitisis alot and have asmtha . the Dr doctor did a ekg and said everything was good I showed them the mottled skin and they said it was fine should I be concerned

Sounds like you have taken a lot of measures to be sure that there isn't an underlying cause to this- it very well could just be shedding skin.  If you exfoliate and moisturize does it seem to help improve it at all?
