One eyelid skin peeling
Several years ago one of my eyelids (only 1, weird) was peeling and I went to the Dr. and he gave me some kind of ointment to apply. The peeling eventually stopped. Now fast forward a few years later (July 2016) and now the same eyelid is peeling again. What could be causing this? I have attached a pic.
