Single Red Spot on Head of Penis

I will try to be as detailed as possible to give the clearest picture of the situation.

Here's the background.  I last had a casual sexual encounter in early November of last year (I definitively know I was 100% STD clear before that moment).  It was a party side room casual encounter sort of thing, making out, etc.  As this led to that, she pulled out my penis and went at it rather roughly with her hand, her long nails often scratching at the head of my penis, enough to cause discomfort.  I tolerated it for a while not wanting to be a nag in the heat of the moment, but eventually told her ease up with her hand.  She then apologized and proceeded to tell me that she would make it up to me by performing oral sex.  Nature took its course and that was that.

In the days afterward there was the expected battle damage of roughened skin on the head of my penis, though no cuts or anything of that sort.  About a week afterward (admittedly I didn't study it every day)  I noticed that one particular area stood out.  Enter the Red Spot.

The Red spot is circular in shape approximately 0.5 cm in diameter about 0.5 cm to the upper right of the opening at the tip.   It's not blaring red but enough to be noticeable from the surrounding skin.  It's not recessed or elevated; same level as the surrounding skin just red.  At first I was quite distraught and thought I had contracted Herpes.  But after doing some research the facts just didn't seem to line up.  The spot never produced pimples, never had any watery blistering, never moved.  There has been no outburst and clear up moment.  It's just stayed there steady more or less.

I've abstained from any sexual activity in the interim period for obvious reasons.  I'd even kept masturbation to a minimum in hopes of avoiding aggravating the Spot.  That being said, near 5 months later nothing seems to be changing.  I've tried dosing it with both Vaseline and Polysporin, both recently and over the course of the past months in bursts here and there , but neither seem to have any effect.

In terms of sensation, at times here and there I experience what can best be described as a slight tingling feeling in the area, but its barely noticeable.  I couldn't say with all certainty that it isn't purely psychological.

Bottom line, is this Red Spot some physical scar mark from rough handling or is it indicative of an infection of some sort?

If any of the doctors on this site could give me some further insights on this issue it would be much appreciated!

Cheers

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
This red spot does not sound like herpes but can be due to dermatitis skin. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

For mild-moderate symptoms a weak steroid may be used whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid. But they are available under prescription and should be taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

If it isn't raised, itchy, pus filled, etc then I would think it to be angiokertomas.
A red dot. Nothing more, nothing less. They are not contagious, nor do they need to be treated.

If you begin to notice any other symptoms, or if you had flu like symptoms 2 weeks after that incident, then I would see a doctor and be tested for STDs.
