Sounds like you may have an infection of some sort- I'd get to the doctor as soon as you can to have them take a look and give you the medication to fight an infection (if that is what it is) or they can guide you in how to treat whatever the condition is.  A doctors exam is going to be essential to making sure that you know the cause, after you know the cause- you can deal with it properly instead of just guessing.  Feel better soon!
