Raised bump between my nose and upper lip.
The raised bump has a flat-like surface and almost all area of the bump is covered with pus like substance. It is painless but os slightly tender and has burning sensation. It appeared overnight between my nose and upper lip. Can anyone please tell me what this might be? Below is the link for a pic of this bump.
