Infection or STD?

A few days ago it started to burn badly when i urinated. now i had 3 small red bumps on the outside of my vagina. They hurt very bad to wipe. My urine is also a very dark yellow color. I am also discharging a whole lot. Its not like when you have chlamydia and it thick. This discharge is very thin almost like water. Could you please help it hurts very bad. Is there anything i can from home?

P.S. I was tested for STD's about 11 months ago and everything was fine, my boyfriend is the only person ive been with since then and he has had no problems or symptoms.

Well i went to the doctor and i do have a UTI and there is a test for herpes. I will know in 7-14 days if i have them or not.

Burning micturition,painful bumps on the vagina and increased discharge;first possibility that needs to be evaluated is of STD’s esp herpes,Chlamydia and gonorrhea.Then other possibilities that needs evaluation is of urethritis or urinary tract infection.

I would sincerely suggest you to consult a gynecologist and get a swab sample examination of the discharge and cervix.Treatment depends on the confirmation of diagnosis.Till then drink plenty of fluids and water so as to flush out the bacteria if UTI is there.

Vaginal discharge that is clear & like water is normal discharge.  If it were to be thick and white I would be concerned about it.  Maybe you have a UTI which is why it burns when you urinate.  I don't know what to tell you about the red bumps- skin irritation, in grown hair if you shave?
