Hello,
From the symptoms it can be xanthelesma. It is a sharply demarcated yellowish collection of cholesterol underneath the skin, usually on or around the eyelids. Xanthelasmata can be removed with a trichloroacetic acid peel, surgery, lasers or cryotherapy.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
Thanks very much, it gives me some direction to talk to my doctor.
Very much appreciated
Gary
