I have red shiny some what puffy spots in my penis head/Rim

These have been here for about 2 weeks. I noticed while masterbaiting. I’ve went at it a lot that week if you know what I mean. My last sexual encounter was about 3.5 months ago she was clean but it was unprotected. There is no pain fluid coming out of them no iching or anything. Doesn’t burn when I urninate. I don’t know what to do please help

Since you had unprotected sex, it's a good idea to get tested just as a precaution, even if you believe your partner was clean.  Other wise, it's probably just irritation from friction- but it's always best to have a doctor take a look at these types of things in person for accuracy sake.
