What is causing this skin irritation that looks like burns?
So one morning I woke up with some little red dots on my arm. I'm a few of them, it looked liked some had poked me with something got enough to burn me. They don't itch or stimg or anything. I don't feel them at all. It just worries me a little. The biggest one is heart shaped and about 1/2 a centimeters wide. The rest are only 4 or 5 millimeters wide.
