Tired of itching

I'm a 38 year old female I live in upstate NY.I have all these itchy spots that started on my legs and have now moved to my arms I have a few on my belly and side of my hip they don't heal. This itch is so bad that I could tare it open and they still itch I rarely get relief and I try hard not to rip them open. It's  been going on for almost 2 years  now it started in an old tattoo and seem to only be the red color at first I was told I was allergic to the red ink But now it's just not the tattoo and the red ink is out of that tattoo I have used everything from coconut oil, betamethasone,to Mupirocin and different oral antibiotics  thought maybe was nerves, but not thinking so now if I cut myself the scar even turns into these itchy spots. I have got infections from digging them open and they still itch...I just had a cervical laminectomy done I was in the hospital for 10 days they were all healed for only a short time and all the same spots itch as they did before I'm afraid that the my scar in my neck will start next I've talked to my Dr and I have another appt with him this coming week. Seems noone listens he just says keep using the creams I'm so tired of this and need some guidance and suggestions of what this might be.
