I have notice tiny black dots on fingers
I’m very scared it could be skin cancer... around my finger, they do look like black heads but they don’t squeeze... my skin kinda feel scaly and dry but I don’t no what to think of these dots... they are even on the side of my fingers... and a few on the palm of my hand...
This could be anything from a fungal infection to even ticks under the skin. Please get it checked out promptly.
