Growing scar in my inner thighs

I have a growing scar in my inner thighs on both sides its next to my testicle and stretches out to almost the middle of my leg i cant tell if its a scar or a blemish it's itching and burning it continues to grow also i cant get help by a professional until September unless i can go in as an emergency i dont now if I'm allowed to though. I need some ideas as to what i can do.

I have a growing scar on my right leg. They look like chicken pox scars but actually they are not. I have no idea where they come from and how it occur. They starting to growing one by one and slowing. I never get any injury in my legs before. It was national grow. No any pain or color or itch on my scars. Just don't  look good . I went to see the doctor and he said difficult to explain the reasons. Is there anyone who have the same problems and how did you solved it? Thanks a lot

I think its a keliod scar since ive observed it for the past month it was fine till i started having a sexual relationship with my girlfriend it grew because of the friction that was going on do you have any idea as to what i should do to avoid any growth and if you know any products that can reduce my scarring or its appearance? Thank you very much for your support and help it keeps my depression away knowing that someone is able to help me

It can be a hypertrophic scar or a keloid scar.

Hypertrophic scars are not dangerous and improve with age but keloid scars can itch or become irritated if they grown in size and show some rubbing with the clothes.
