Cannot find diagnostic for symptoms.

I had unprotected sex 12 weeks ago with a girl. I have been tested for chlamydia, gonorea, syphilis, hep b and c, HIV all negataive.
No ulcers, lesions or rash at any point.
2-3 days after intercorse i had a tingling in the tip of my penis. It also stung slightly after i had finished urinating. No pain or discomfort during. This lasted for a week but then got better.
1 week later i noticed the tip of my penis became inflamed (like a pair of lips) also got a yellow clumpy dishcharge from under forskin. Was perscribed fluconozole tablets and thrush cream. This Stopped the dishcharge but tip still red and enflamed.
Since then (the past 8 weeks) i have had a red enflamed penis tip CONSTANTLY. Some occasional stinging at tip and in genitals. Itchy eyes, itchy anus, blotchy rash the appeared twice on penis shaft but went within 24 hours.

BODY SYMPTOMS- Tingling in arms and legs, hot hand and feets.stomach pains.
For the last 2 weeks- pain and aches in legs, knees, neck lower back and groin. Left testical ached for one day.shooting pains and muscle spasms. Doctors have put this down to anxiety.

CURRENT SYMPTOMS- Red penis tip. Peeling skin on the shaft. (May be due to Daktort cream) Itchy eyes. Itchy anus. Mild muscle aching and shooting pains.
Doctors have said its fungal and refered me to a dermatologist however i have a 5 week wait. Any suggestions please as to what this is and any medication i could try? Fluconozole, chrotomozole cream, Daktort cream havnt worked.
