MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Pearly penile papules are very common and naturally found in some males. The incidence of pearly penile papules reportedly ranges from 8-48%. Ablation using carbon dioxide laser, electrodesiccation with curettage, and excisional surgery reportedly have successfully eliminated lesions. In my opinion you should talk to a cosmetologist/dermatologist about this.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I forgot to say, don't sweat it!  seriously.  If you're really freaking out though, it might help to maybe talk to your doc about it next time you go.  It might even be a good thing to tell your parents...i mean, it's nothing to be embarrassed about...it's not like you have an std or something...just a common skin condition.

hi,

I had them too since I was your age.  From what my doc told me, the majority of men have them in varying levels of severity.  I have about 10 of them around the head of my penis and I can honestly say that no one has ever noticed them...not even a girlfriend of 5 years.  My doc also told me that the methods of removal could cause scar tissue that can often be more noticeable than the papules themselves.  Unfortunately, you can't "get rid of it" unless you opt to have them frozen off or removed by your doc.  Also, as you are under 18, I would assume you would need parental consent for any sort of medical procedure...especially since it is non-std related and would be considered to be a cosmetic procedure (which also means most insurance coverage won't cover removal).
