itching in hands
My hand is itching ,also small red rashes has been developed in my hand.

My hands have been itching me for about a litttle over a month now. it's between my finger nail and knuckle. It looks like little bubbles or like little bubbles. i am very scared. i have put on some weight in the past months which i am trying to lose. but the itching is so painful and it comes and goes when it wants.
please help me someone!!!
