not sure what it is.

about 5 or so days ago i started to get these small red very itchy bumps all over my body. i thought it might be a new shampoo or a delated alergy to honey, so i stopped using both automatically. its been 4 or so days since and they still arent exactly going away. old ones are drying up and are just a itchy red scab, and new red itchy bumps are showing up near the dried up ones. thought i was a scratch infections, but all scratches/injuries/breaks in my skin are healing beautifully. thought i might be poison oak, ivy, or suumac. nothing really looks like what i have. could this be 'chinken pox'? i am 23yrs old, have had it twice when i was a toddler, but both times i only had one bump under my arm pit. what in the world do i have or might have? what can i use (soap, lotion) to help this go away, help keep it from spreading, help the redness, itchieness, and bumps go away?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the history of suddenness of appearance and the involvement of the whole body, it can be a viral exanthematous rash or an allergic reaction. Chicken pox never presents with a single bump and from the symptoms it is important to rule out this possibility. It is a common and extremely infectious childhood disease and produces an itchy, blistery rash is sometimes accompanied by a fever or other symptoms.

My sincere advice is to get it examined from a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
