Tiny black dot on my collar bone

So for quite a long while now (maybe 2+ years) i've had this tiny black dot on my neck, tried messing with a few times but couldn't get anything to happen. Recently, when I squeeze it, a tiny amount of thick puss comes out, there's no lump or anything. I attempted sticking a needle slowly into the opening, but it didn't seem to do anything and I felt no pain there at all. Any clue what this could be?
