tiny red bumps with white heads on thighs, groin, and penis

I have had tiny bumps on my thighs that appear to be pimples or just ingrown hairs. Lately since i started a job involving lots of walking and sweating it has began to spread to my pubic region and the penile shaft. There are about 4 or 5 of them so it's not massively spreading, it's just concerning me considering i have only had 2 sexual partners in the past 2 years and both have been checked multiple times and are clean of all diseases and I have never had any diseases either. They do not hurt just look like tiny white heads that I would have gotten when I was a teenager and there is no itching burning or blistering. What could this be?

I have red bumps with white heads that show up in groups of 3-5. They are sore to the touch. They have appeared mostly in my groin area,  but have been on my arms and stomach. Any ideas?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Folliculitis is the inflammation of one or more hair follicles. The condition may occur anywhere on the skin.
Pls keep the area clean and apply some calamine lotion. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. Oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.Kind regards.
