what are these tiny yellow bubbles on my fingertip?

I sometimes get these 3 to 5 tiny yellow bubbles only around my index fingertip and under my nail. My finger isn't bumpy it's just flat and it doesn't look as gross as eczema( it still has this yellow fluid inside the bubbles)so I don't think it's eczema. You would not notice anything one foot away. They aren't painful but they are itchy when i press on it. They look and feel something like fire ant bites but like 50x tinier and flatter.  It's nothing horrible but i'm just wondering what they are called and how i can stop them?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be pompholyx. The exact cause is not known and excessive sweating can be one of the reasons. But some triggers like allergic reaction to soaps, detergents, foods, latex, nickel etc may trigger the symptoms. Apply some calamine lotion on the affected area and keep the area well moisturized. Use only thin applications of moisturizer ointments as excessive amounts of ointment may restrict breathing of the skin and aggravate the condition.

Topical steroids can be applied but they are available under prescription. Moreover to prevent infection, topical antibiotics may be needed. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Sounds like blisters....do you work with chemicals that could burn or play guitar or knit or do something repeatively with that finger?
