why is my skin and scalp itching all the time
Ok so all over my skin is itchy and in my scalp, i’m constanly itching. On my body there is nothing when i scratch at it but on my scalp there is this hard white speck that comes off when i scratch sometimes. Now i’ve had lice before and i know what the bugs look like. However the other night i was laying down in my bed and something litterly jumped off my scalp and i examined it and it was a tiny white bug that had black spots on it. I was so freaked out by this. Does anyone know what this is and how/to get rid of this?

Do you have any visible 'marks' on your skin? It's probably a good idea to have a doctor take a look in order to ensure that you are addressing the correct issue- if you can, try to get one of the bugs into a bag to take with you so they can take a look.
