Diabetic Low suger alerts

Hi

I am having major problems in that I am not registering the symtoms of a low blood suger during the night when asleep. I have lost consciousness. Do you know of anything on the market regarding alerts/pumps etc that I could get to notify me of pending lows?
I am a type 1 Diabetic for 30 years.

my medtronic minimed pump came with a sensor that alerts me when I am having a low blood sugar.  After awhile some people can lose the ability to feel a low blood sugar, I know that I have (hence my endo getting me the sensor).  Talk to your endo about this and good luck
