Have you been able to use the Sugar Sense app much? It's a great way to track, as you can input your carbs right there. It has the ability to either add them as "High, Medium, or Low" or you can add the exact number of carbs. To enter the carbs, just tap on the orange plus sign on the homepage, then select 'carbs'.
If you want to change how you are tracking them, you need to go into the settings- here's how:
Tap on the three lines in the upper left corner of the app.
Tap on "Settings"
Tap on "Health Profile"
Tap on "Carb Tracking"
On that page, you can select if you track the carbs with the number or the 'easy' method of high, medium, or low.
I use the calorie king app, find it very useful.
