I just wanted to say not to give up and that i onow you can do it.
Cosmetic surgeries can help you loose weight drasticly but can end badly.
I recomend to change ypur diet, not to eat sugar, bread, pasta, potato, rice or fat and excersize 30 mins a day.

I agree with most of the above, except you should not fat out of your diet... it's not the enemy we've been taught it is. I've lost 20 lbs since I went back to full fat dairy and began adding other healthy fats, such as butter, coconut oil, avocados, olive oil, etc back into my diet. Fat must be eaten in moderation - no more 1 tablespoon per meal... You can also eat brown rice, which is a whole grain, in place of white rice.
Another thing I suggest before going for any type of surgery is to make sure that your thyroid hormone levels are adequate - I don't mean just "in range" - I mean adequate for you. Many doctors think that simple having them in the reference range is good enough and that's totally wrong. If you haven't had thyroid hormone levels tested (Free T3 and Free T4), along with TSH, please do so.
