I ran my 5K in 38 mins 18 secs! Burnt just under 400 calories :-)
I added a 2 mile walk with my daughter onto the end of the day. I'm now officially "tireder."
People underestimate the importance of stretching! Good for you, Trudie! Spread the word....
I only spent 10 minutes as need to start slow and build up and can't do anything to stress my joints or tire me out but am so happy this challenge came along to get me going. Stretching and floor exercises actually helped my pain. Now I'm a believer and will continue building on what I have started today.
I went to a 45 minute step class, which was followed immediately by a 45 minute body sculpt (strength training) class.
Just saw this. I need to start out slow so am going to do some gentle stretching and floor exercises today.

Well I havnt done my work out today but last night, sun went down, it was raining, PERFECT. I usually start running at the water tower till the end of the road. Last night I started running before the water tower and ran to the end and back to where I started running. Then walked the rest of the way home. All in all, I think its 2 km, half of it I ran.

i walked to the leisure club took me 20 mins, its so very hot here, I chose to do a 45 min aqua aerobic class it was so nice being in the pool, then i walked back 25 mins back its up hill,lol,done about 600 cals up to now. later steve and i will go to the gym for an hour then a swim,

I'm walking 1.25 miles today, around the lake, with my grandsons. I'm burning approximately 200 calories. Am taking kind of medium pace because I was extremely ill yesterday and couldn't eat or keep anything down until 7 pm .. so I'm a little dehydrated and increasing water.
