You haven't said what's in your diet, so there's no way anyone can answer this. But one day? There are no results in dietary changes in one day as far as weight is concerned.

Allowances for fluid level changes, waste elimination and food/drink intake must be considered for day to day weight fluctuations.
There are too many variables to determine weight loss progress in the short term.
A wiser option might be giving it longer time and checking dress size , in order to be more realistic, specially if you have also incorporated an exercise regiment.
