I know how you feel my baby just turned 13 months and i am 5feet 3 inches i was 130 pounds before pregnancy as well and the day before giving birth by c-section i was 208 i was on bedrest during most of the pregnancy anyway I now weigh 145 and am having the hardest time loosing the last 15 pounds I work out and watch what i eat and it seems like no matter what it just stays the same it is so frustrating .
Thanks for your sweet response... I never regret having my lil man... but these 30lbs seem to run my life.. I cant wear anything i like.. I dont feel beautiful. I am thnking of having a tummy tuck.. to get rid of the loose skin and stretch marks... thinking its worth looking at/
No problem. If you need anything even if it's just an ear let me know.
P.S. checked out your pictures & you kids are tooooo cute.
Just remeber your body made that little guy so don't give yourself too hard of a time over the pounds your trying to lose.

I never nursed my son. I have no idea what my body is doing.. but I am soo tired of it lol. thank you for everything!
Not to be too personal but are you still lactating. I had a hard time losing with my 2nd child. Still working on it (5 years later LOL). I could only get too a certain point until about 18 months after he was born. I think my body's hormones finally settled & when I stopped lactating my body let go of some of the weight. They say it takes a women 1 year for the body to recover & 5 years to get back all the nutrients lost during pregnacy & nursing. Your body may still be trying to get back what it lost. Keep eating right & building the lean muscle & the fat will come off.
The exercise tracker & food tracker really help.
