Please rephrase your question. I don't understand what you wrote.
I meant I would like to lose weight
Because you are young and your body is not fully developed, you must be very careful about losing weight.
Since your parents/guardian are the ones who provide the food for the household, you will have to talk with them and ask them to make sure there is plenty of fresh wholesome food for you to eat, not processed, junk food and sodas.
A growing child needs lots of fresh veggies, lean meat, egg, nuts, etc. Learn portion control (we can help you with that, if you like) and stay away from sugary food - even fruit should be limited to a couple of servings/day.
Make sure you exercise, as well. You should be in school, so to participate in some type of physical education activities, walk or ride a bike to school if possible - anything to get/stay active and burn calories.
You can do it and we can help you, but you also need the help of your parents to provide the proper food.
I agree with Barb. Haru, you are young and must be careful when seeking advice on the internet from strangers. Talk to your parents, or a trusted adult (like a teacher at school).
